All of our soaps are handmade using natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap products, all sales are final.

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged or defective

• Items are missing from your order

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Natural variations in color, shape, scent, or texture are normal for handmade soaps and are not considered defects.
